Qualifications

At Learn4care we generally run qualifications to order, sometimes we have an open course running and sometimes we can place you on a qualification we are running with another care providers consent, so if you dont have six people for a qualification, or you are just a single person then email us and we can arrange a solution for you.

Difference between a qualification and a training course. A training course is a course with skills, knowledge and experience that is certificated by a company but not an awarding organisation. A qualification is a certification of skills, knowledge and experience regulated by Ofqual and accredited by an awarding organisation.

Which one do I require?. That depends on the regulatory bodies, CQC, rules and regulations of company, training managers, insurance companies, Local authority, NHS, commision groups.
